Last week, "Church in the Digital World" launched on churchproduction.com. The idea began several months ago as I pitched a series of story ideas that would build on my Church 2.0 article. There were so many that it began to look like a column that would cover topics that were a little off the radar. Since it was about the digital world, Mark Johnson, pointed out that it should be a digital column. Conversations with Jim Kumorek--who heads up CPM's digital properties--morphed it into "Church in the Digital World" and the blogging began.
The idea was to create a voice to explore how churches can participate in the digital world. Since this is a personal passion of mine, the blog has been a fun one to write. In a small bit of irony, my first post past the intro was on churches in the blogosphere. Blog on!
